Premises of A.D. Higijena,
specializing in industrial laundry and ironing, are located in Podgorica and spreads on 6000m2.
Laundry is processed in tunnel washing system. Tunnel washer contains 14 chambers with holding ability of 60kg, providing possibility of laundering minimum 1t/h. Fabric automatically progress through each chamber then pressed under pressure instead of centrifuge and afterward continues its process in one of four driers, each having holding ability of 120kg, which ends tunnel washing process.
Colored linen and smaller amount of laundry is processed in classical industrial washing machines, capacity of 20, 40, 120 and 200kg, which grant possibility of processing additional 1t/h.
After washing and drying, flat linen is ironed in professional ironing roller, width 3,3m and length over 8 meters.
Our advantage and distinguishment on the market is installed double capacity of every machine, so it is theoretically and practically almost impossible to come to stoppage of process and not accomplishing to deliver laundry in agreed time to our clients.
It should be emphasized that we have support of boiler plant separated in two individual boilers, compressor station and pools with 250 000 m3 pure water, which provides us security from any stagnation of regular delivery of water.
Considering that quality of water is very important aspect in washing process, we use water-softening system, so linen would be treated with chemicals as little as possible, which prolongs its lifetime.
We also contribute to endurance of linen using Christeyns detergents, which are certified and highly recognized in Europe.
We return acquired laundry to our clients within 24h or at the latest within 48h, depending of individual requests and needs.
Packed in eco-thermosetting foil and flawlessly sorted in transport trolley, we transport laundry with our own vehicles to end-users.
